This full-length Smock has full length arms with elasticated wrists, there is an easy to enter two-way zip at the back which can be positioned for access all areas, the totally encased hood is elasticated at the neck and there are two eye holes. Ordered mine in nat clear w/sheath, mittens, breathing pipe, and lengthened into a bag. Wish I'd had the forethought to ask if they could use the more robust zippers with the bigger pulls like those used on the body bags. Would have made it much easier to manipulate with hands that are hindered by the mitts. But that's my mistake. But if YOU are gonna order mitts and play alone, you may want to ask if they'll substitute the more substantial zipper. I am 5'10 and about 170#. The small/medium is just barely big enough for me. If you are endowed in a significantly larger than average way the sheath may be too small. I'm average and there's a little extra room for more girth but not much.
